1. Company Information

JW Digital Services Ltd is a registered company in the United Kingdom. Our registered office is based in Manchester. All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to JW Digital Services Ltd.

2. Services

We provide web design, app development, SEO, hosting, and digital marketing services. Each project is subject to a written proposal or quotation that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

3. Project Terms

• Work will commence upon receipt of the agreed deposit or initial payment.
• Remaining balances are due upon completion or launch unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Any additional work outside the original scope will be quoted and invoiced separately.
• Clients are responsible for supplying content, images, and assets in a timely manner.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the rights to the final website or deliverables. JW Digital retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials. Any proprietary frameworks or code developed internally remain the intellectual property of JW Digital.

5. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting services are billed annually unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for renewing their hosting and domain services before expiration. JW Digital is not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from non-payment or third-party issues beyond our control.

6. Payments & Refunds

All invoices are payable within the stated terms. Deposits are non-refundable once the project begins. Cancellations mid-project may incur additional charges for work completed up to that point.

7. Liability

JW Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Although we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee the continuous operation or absolute security of hosted environments.

8. Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Our handling of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a contract with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. In such cases, all outstanding payments for completed work will remain due immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
