The platform needed to compete with large aggregator sites by offering a cleaner booking experience with standout terms: zero deposit reservations, free cancellations on all bookings, and transparent pricing. It needed to feel trustworthy to UK holidaymakers booking a US vehicle months in advance.

The Zest API integration needed to be robust enough to handle availability queries, reservation creation, and amendment flows — while still presenting a clean, simple interface to a non-technical audience booking a holiday rental.
Trust was critical: UK customers booking a US hire car are committing money months in advance. The site needed strong trust signals — Trustpilot reviews, clear cancellation terms, and a professional payment experience — to convert visitors who might otherwise default to larger household-name aggregators.
We built the platform in Next.js with server-side rendering for SEO and fast initial page loads across destination landing pages (Orlando, Miami, Tampa, and wider US cities). The Zest API integration handles real-time inventory queries and reservation management, wrapped in a clean search-and-book interface.
Stripe processes all payments securely, with the booking management portal allowing customers to view, amend, or cancel reservations without needing to contact support. Trustpilot reviews are displayed prominently throughout the booking flow to address trust concerns at the point of decision.
The site was structured around destination SEO — individual landing pages for each major Florida and US destination — to capture organic search traffic from UK travellers planning their trips.
